One reason that makes the island a “must destination” especially with your family, is the international selection of menu served in different restaurants. Among the choices, Thai, Mexican and Indian restaurants are highly recommended.
Nightlife in the island is never-ending. The reggae music, the drinks, the cozy beach-side bars and the variety of tourists coming to the island create an overwhelming crowd.
One of the coolest places to spend the night at is Club Paraw, where the rhythm played every night will drag you to the dance floor and, with the beach set-up, you’ll hear only the music, the laughter and waters as it waves to the shore.
And just like most of the night spots in the Island, the native structured bars are “in”. Low tables with bean bags along the beach, dim lighting and loud music invite passers-by to have a drink. And, after emptying a couple of glasses or bottles, the night people transfers to another place either to a not so crowded bar to continue interesting conversations or to just follow a change of mood; or to a more crowded place for partying until closing time.
Metrobank, Allied Bank, BPI and RCBC are the banks in the Island and most of these banks provide ATM in convenient locations. Most of the establishments accept all major credit cards.
